ABOUT ME
Bradley Duckworth (Brad), Ordained Minister and Christian Coach
Brad’s identity lies in his position as a child of God and his relationship with Jesus Christ. His calling is to meet people exactly where they are, walk alongside them, and help them navigate into the healing that God has for them.
His heart is to never leave them where they started but to guide them on their own unique journeys, aid them in getting closer to the Father and setting them up for success in order to walk out their destinies that God has for them
In order to walk out his calling , Brad secured his Bachelors of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Christian Counseling and a minor in Biblical Studies from Liberty University in 2016. During his studies and after completion Brad diversified his experience by working individually and in group settings both in churches and in his private practice. Coaching clients in person, via telephone, and through online coaching services, he has learned to connect with people in a variety of settings utilizing career and personal experience.
He approaches coaching through the lens of Scripture, and believes every person is uniquely crafted in the image of God in body, mind and spirit. Incorporating each of these three components into coaching clients allows them to define their identity as sons of God and to deepen their relationships and understanding of Him as well as themselves.
Brad looks to Romans 12:2 to define his vision for life: “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.” This is the very foundation of healing; without the continual renewal of the mind through Christ Jesus- people will be unable to continue their journeys with increasing freedom. Brad's training in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) allows him to teach the practical steps of the transformation process described in Romans.
He engages with clients and encourages them to engage with each in group settings. By sharing their life experiences they understand that they are not alone in this walk. Brad utilizes his training, his life experiences and the input of the Holy Spirit to build new pathways to healing and ultimately new lives. When clients allow him to enter into coaching with them, they can find their peace, joy and calling.
